What Does the Body Back 8-Week Session include?

Body Back HIIT workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Then Body Back is right for you! Classes are limited in size to ensure personal attention and support. This program is not appropriate during pregnancy. Mothers must be at least 3 months postpartum to enroll.
