Our Team

Tara originally hails from Iowa, moved to Boston for 13 years, then moved to Greensboro in 2014 shortly after the birth of her second daughter. Now, with a three and five year old, she is loving every aspect of having FIT4MOM in her life. Tara has a degree in Nutrition Science and Policy, and in addition to her educational background, Tara has been a competitive runner since high school, and finds happiness being outdoors, exploring new routes, and running with friends, old and new!

The biggest draw which compelled Tara to start this program is the Village aspect of FIT4MOM. She believes we can thrive by working together through this journey of motherhood, which can be challenging, exciting, hilarious, exhausting, and character-building! After a morning spent working out hard with our kids, Tara believes moms will be inspired, invigorated, and ready to tackle the day at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

Nicole DePriest was born and raised in Winston Salem, NC. She moved to Greensboro to attend UNCG, where she graduated with a bachelors in Information Systems of Management.

Nicole has two children Avery, 7 and Aiden, 3 with her husband Billy. After having her first child, she wanted to lose her pregnancy weight and started working out where she became very passionate about health and fitness. She even started to study to become a Personal Trainer but it fell to the back burner with her IT job and becoming pregnant with her second child. After her second child, Nicole became a stay at home mom and began working out at home but craved adult interaction.

She heard about Fit4Mom coming to Greensboro and had to try it out. Nicole says "I fell in love with Fit4Mom immediately. It was a dream come true. I was able to workout AND have my kids with me! Amazing!" After one month of taking classes she began the instructor training process. She is certified in Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides and Body Back. She wants to help motivate moms to achieve their goals.

Liz was born in New Jersey but raised in Easton, Pennsylvania – home of the Crayola Crayon Factory! Liz and her husband, Ryan, moved to North Carolina in 2011 and welcomed their son, Harrison, in 2014 and daughter, Lillian, in 2016. Liz played Division I basketball at American University in Washington, DC, and after graduating, worked in the athletic department at the University of Delaware as the Director of Basketball Operations and then as the Assistant Director of Sports Marketing.

As an athlete, Liz exercised almost every day her entire life, but after children, struggled to find a consistent workout that was challenging, offered variety, and could be done with her babies! Enter FIT4MOM! Liz was so excited to find a group that combined everything she was looking for – camaraderie and support from other moms, a tough but fun workout each and every class, and LOTS of fun playdates and interactions for the kids! Liz enjoyed being a participant in the class so much that she trained to become certified to teach Stroller Strides.

Liz has a lifelong passion for fitness, sport, and truly living an overall healthy lifestyle and hopes to bring that passion to #allthemoms! Liz loves being an instructor and providing mamas with the opportunity to experience a great workout and connect with other moms. Just as importantly, Liz believes that we are truly setting an example for our children by showing them what it means to be active and healthy at a young age, which is quite possibly one of the most important life lessons we can teach them!

Hannah Coble is originally from Greensboro. She has a 21 month old sassy girl: Claire. Before Claire, Hannah played soccer in high school and college and was very active. After college, she wanted to stay competitive so she started running. Hannah ran throughout her pregnancy, but after having Claire, she struggled with work-life balance or mom guilt and could not get back into a routine with running or fitness. She found out about FIT4MOM on Facebook and learned all about it, then joined Run Club! Hannah started back running and found so much joy and balance back in her life. She wanted to give back and get more people excited about fitness/ running so Hannah became a Run Club Coach. Hannah works full time as a Clinical Social Worker specializing in the hospital system with behavioral health, so running and Fit4mom has allowed her to incorporate Claire, give and receive support from other moms, and get back into running shape. Fit4mom has made Hannah excited again about fitness!more
